Please note that Lazywaist reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return/exchange condition requirements.
We offer returns* and exchanges on all Lazywaist purchases and items can be returned* or exchanged within 7 days of delivery for all full price items or sale items, provided that return conditions specified below are met. Do note that exchanges are subject to product and size availability. We advise that you check your order upon receipt. If there is an issue, please contact our customer support.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITION
Lazywaist accepts exchanges of items within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt at a nominal fee of SGD$10.
Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
- The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Incomplete, damaged, altered and washed returns or anything Lazywaist reasonably believes has been used.
- Products from the Intimates Collections.
- Any personalized or monogrammed items.
Returns that do not comply with the Lazywaist returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
*Returns will only be allowed for cases of product defects.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you wish to return/exchange an item, please check the Returns & Exchanges Conditions in the first place. Then:
1. Log into your account or your email. Check for your order number.
2. Go to Contact Us under Support and complete the form with your request and order number.
3. An email will be sent to our Support Team and our representative will be in touch with you within 3 working days on the returns/exchange arrangements.
