ABOUT WAIST TRAINING 

  • Start out slowly, follow our 8 week Lazynote Regime and the guided hours of wear for safe waist training
  • Ensure you start off waist training with the correct size, shapers that are too loose or tight will affect the results of your waist training
  • Drink water regularly and keep your body hydrated

 

WAIST TRAINING DON'TS

  • Do not wear the waist trainers to sleep
  • Do not wear the waist trainers if you are pregnant
  • Consult your physician before any waist training if you have any underlying health issues

 

CAN I EXERCISE IN THE SHAPERS?
Yes! In fact our waist trainer- The Fix, is light-weight and has the material properties to retain heat and boost sweat production! Perfect for workouts!

The Slim is also a great product to be worn for workouts as it is extremely lightweight and the compression is also great for muscle ache recovery!

On the otherhand, the waist trainer - The Shape, is made from latex and is heavier and may not be as exercise friendly. 

 

HOW TO ACHIEVE RESULTS?
The key to waist training, is to do it consistently. Paired with our specially curated 8 weeks regime (the Lazynote), although results will vary depending on your body and your lifestyle, your dedication will create results. 

 

I HAVE FOLLOWED THE LAZYNOTE GUIDE BUT WHY AM I NOT SEEING THE RESULTS?
When you feel like your results differ from the stated expectations on our Lazynote, do feel free to reach out to the Lazywaist Team. Not to worry, our team will advice you personally and find out if there was any thing not done right.

 

ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?
The changes you see on your waistline will be clearly visible after enough use. But the change is not permanent as this is ultimately not your natural body shape, so the waist trainer needs to be worn consistently.  In time, the hours of wearing can be decreased for maintenance.

 

HOW SHOULD I WEAR THE PRODUCTS?
Don't worry! All our products come with a curated regime where we will guide you on which products to wear and the number of hours to wear so it will be really simple for you to follow through! 

 

HOW SHOULD I WEAR MY WAIST TRAINERS?
Always buckle the hooks bottom up, this will help push the fats up to your bust. For removal, you can choose to remove it top down or bottom up, whichever that is more comfortable for you

 

CAN I STILL WEAR THE SHAPERS IF I HAVE GASTRIC REFLUX?
Yes you can! If your reflux is bad, we will recommend for you to remove it during meal times and only put them back on 30minutes post-meal! This will ensure that the waist training does not interfere with your digestion. Overall, just be sure to listen to your body and take necessary breaks in between.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE BACKFATS?
For this case, we will recommend you to buckle the hooks top down instead to prevent the fats from pushing up even more. Also, take note to wear your bra after putting on the shapers and not before. If this doesn't help, you can try wearing a thin laye
r of tank top beneath to even out the fats distribution before putting on the shapers!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M ALLERGIC TO LATEX?
If you have a latex allergy, we'd recommend you wear a cotton tank top below your waist trainer during your waist training as this will prevent direct skin contact on our waist trainer

 

CAN I WEAR THE SHAPERS DURING MY MENSES?
If there is no discomfort affecting you, it is safe to continue wearing the shapers during your menstrual period as some customers have feedback that the compression helps them ease the menstrual cramps. However, if you are feeling uncomfortable from menstrual cramps, please feel free to take breaks from wear and restart after the end of the menstrual cycle!

 

WHY DO I HAVE BACKACHES FROM WEARING YOUR PRODUCTS
This is apparently a good problem! Most of our products are embedded with soft steel boning that forces you to be in a better posture thus activating the muscle group which is not regularly used - explaining the aching from the wear. But fret not, it should only last for a week or so and your body will get used to it!

 

IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL ITCH WHEN I REMOVE THE SHAPERS?
First, we need to determine if it is an allergy to the fabric or if you have underlying sensitive skin issues - Check to see if there are bumps or rash developing!  Do apply mild moisturisers if needed and take a break from the shapewears if required! Importantly, do not scratch them and go for a cold shower straight

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHAPERS FEELS LOOSE?
Good news, your waist size has reduced and it's time to decide if your body goal is to downsize or to maintain at it's current sizing! If you'd like to downsize further, it is now time to restart the 8 week regime on a smaller size, but if you'd like to maintain, simply wear the shapers 2-3 times a week!
